This Trust will provide access for qualified purchaser investors into the Limited Partnership interest of a leading software and technology focused private equity and credit investment firm, based in North America. The fund will seek to invest primarily in senior secured debt instruments of software and technology companies. The fund can also invest in unsecured and subordinated debt instruments of software and technology companies and in certain equity securities.

This Trust will provide access for Wholesale and Qualified Purchaser Investors into the Limited Partnership Interests of a leading private investment platform dedicated to the professional sports industry and sports franchise owners. The fund will primarily invest in the “Big 5” North American sports leagues (MLB, MLS, NBA, NFL and NHL), European football and other established sports leagues globally.

This Delaware Limited Partnership was established to acquire a diversified portfolio of Limited Partnership interests in Tier-1 infrastructure funds.

This Trust will provide access for qualified purchaser investors into the Limited Partnership interest of a leading private performing credit manager, seeking to generate attractive current income with a focus on preserving capital by investing primarily in newly originated senior secured credit. The firm manages various strategies across the capital structure, with US$80bn of assets under management in private credit.

This Trust will provide access for qualified purchaser investors into the Limited Partnership interest of a leading distress for control manager, focused on sourcing and investing in complex, control-oriented special situations, targeting attractive returns through investments in high quality businesses and assets at advantaged entry prices, typically as a product of situations of financial stress. The team operates out of offices in London, New York and Hamburg.
